One schedule for every crew and every community.

Find grounds contracts in your area, plan the year as visits, and see Tuesday’s visits across your communities on one screen.

A landscaping crew lead in a hi-vis vest holds a tablet and talks with a worker who wheels dark mulch toward freshly trimmed shrubs along a community sidewalk, a mower on a trailer behind them.

Write the year as visits.

Each season is its own set of visits and its own lines, so the monthly price reads the same all year.

Mulch, annuals and the first mow.

Price the enhancements as their own lines (mulch by the yard, seasonal color by the flat) so they never hide inside the monthly figure.

  • Allowances and not-to-exceedState them in your notes so the community reads the ceiling next to the price.

Check acreage serviced against the scope you priced.

Acreage serviced and the areas mowed are required on every landscaping visit. The acreage is compared with the mapped scope the contract was priced on, so a short mow shows up on the report before it shows up in a complaint.

  • Beds, edging and blowingCheckboxes for edged, blown clear and beds weeded, plus zones checked and bags removed.
  • Photos before you invoiceYour crew lead sees which visits still need a photo before the invoice goes out.

Paperwork for a grounds contract.

A community sets its own list for landscaping, from a W-9 alone upward. Left alone, it asks for your W-9, business license and general liability. If you spray, file the applicator license as well.

  • Pesticide applicator license

File the state applicator license if you spray weed control or fertilizer.

  • General liability

A current certificate. A community can set a minimum limit on it.

  • W-9 and business license

When we have read both, each grounds RFP shows the community behind it.

Two crews and an irrigation audit.

Can both of my crews see their own stops?

Yes. You assign each stop to a name, and a crew lead who signs in with a six-digit code sees the stops assigned to them, with directions one tap away.

Is an irrigation audit its own proposal?

You can price it as its own line in your proposal, separate from mowing, so the community compares like with like.

Put your crews on one schedule.
