Find work near your yard.

Read the scope on a map of the community, then decide. Opening an RFP costs nothing, and no proposal has to follow.

Three ways work reaches you.

  • A community you serve invites you

File your documents once and the community sends you its RFP by name.

  • An open RFP in your area

The list shows the RFPs for your trades and your radius, nearest first.

  • A request from your own website

A short snippet puts a form on your site. Each request lands on your website plugin page, ready to answer with a proposal.

Read the RFP before you spend an hour on it.

An open RFP shows the scope, the deadline and what the community asks for. Open as many as you like.

  • Scope, map and deadline in one placeThe community drew its own boundary, so you see what you would be pricing.
  • Your price, set after you read itEach vendor prices the same lines. The community reads every proposal and picks one.

Proposals are sealed.

A vendor reads only its own proposal. The community that published an RFP reads every proposal sent to it, and decides who it contracts with.

Questions vendors ask first.

What do I need to join?

Nothing, to browse: open RFPs are there from the day you sign up. To see community names, we read your W-9, business license and general liability certificate. A community can also set its own list for your trade, down to the W-9 alone.

How far will I be asked to travel?

The list shows the RFPs for your trades and your radius, so you only read the ones you can serve.

When do I get paid?

You send your own invoice, under your own name and number. The community reads it on one screen with every other invoice it gets, and pays you on the payment details printed on it. Record the payment on your invoices page and the invoice closes.

Who sees my price?

The community that published the RFP. Other vendors read only their own proposals.
