Today’s stops in the order you drive them.
Each crew sees its stops with the street address on every one, and a tap opens directions in the phone’s maps app.
- Sorted by start timeMaple Court at 7:30, Harbor Pointe at 9:10, and so on down the day.
- Finish the visit before you invoice itEach visit needs its check-in photo before you bill it. The ones you still owe sit on one list beside your route.

Your invoice goes out under your name and shows when it is paid.
You send your own invoice, under your own name and number. The community reads it on one screen with every other invoice it gets, and pays you on the payment details printed on it. Record the payment on your invoices page and the invoice closes.
| Status | What you see | What comes next |
|---|---|---|
| Sent | The invoice in your numbering, with sales tax on its own line | A reminder button appears beside it once it is overdue |
| Approved | The visits it bills and the proposal price it matches | The community pays you on the payment details printed on it |
| Paid | The payment you recorded against that invoice | It lands in the month’s export for your bookkeeper |

Built for the crew in the field: visits, photos and readings, from a phone. Each crew member signs in with a six-digit code sent to their email, and lands on today’s stops; prices and invoices stay off it.

A person at VendoRFP reads your W-9, business license and general liability certificate; after that you see every customer's name, can apply, and can use the RFP and proposal tools — and each RFP still takes a proposal only from a company whose insurance meets what that community set.
What we read on your insurance
Approval reads one insurance document: a general liability certificate that has not run out. Workers' comp, commercial auto and professional liability are asked for only by a community that set a requirement for them; on its RFPs a proposal needs that certificate read by a person here and the vendor's stated coverage to meet the figure the community set. VendoRFP does not certify that a policy is in force; the community confirms that with the carrier before it contracts.
Who decides
Names open when a person at VendoRFP has verified the last of your three documents. If a document is rejected, or your general liability certificate expires, community names are hidden and proposals pause until you upload a current one.
Before the review
A vendor browses every open RFP and every customer with the names, logos, titles, descriptions and exact sizes held back. The city, the state, the trade, the season, the budget and the size band are shown; nothing that identifies one community is sent.
What each customer asks
Each customer sets what it needs from a vendor for each trade. The least any customer can ask is a verified W-9, and it may add a business license, insurance certificates with a minimum limit for each, and the credentials its trade uses.
