Community approval is charged only where a community asks for it.
Most work never needs it. When a community does require it, the price depends on your plan.
Who turns it on
The community, in its RFP or its vendor settings. Until it does, you never pay it, and a community you invited to VendoRFP yourself never charges it.
What we check
Whatever that community set for your trade. The least it can ask is your W-9. It can add your business license, insurance with a minimum limit, and the credential your trade uses.
One price per community
Your plan sets the price, as the table above shows. It is designed to last 12 months from the day you are approved and pay.
A management company, one approval
One $200 company approval is designed to cover every community a management company runs in a state, so from 5 communities it is built to cost less than approving them one by one.
You keep the full amount you invoiced.
VendoRFP takes no percentage of the work you invoice.

What does it cost to join?
Nothing. Joining, a profile, the RFP marketplace and answering an RFP you were invited to are free, and you can apply to as many management companies as you like.
What does a paid plan cost?
Vendor+ Pro is $50 a month for your company, or $500 for a year paid at once (you save $100), however many communities you serve and however many invoices you send.
Who sets the price of my work?
You do. You invoice the community in your own name and at your own number. VendoRFP prices the software.
How many AI proposal drafts do I get?
Vendor+ Pro includes 12 a month, paid from its monthly credits, and unused credits roll over. Vendor+ Gold drafts without a monthly count, within a daily fair-use limit. Writing a proposal yourself and sending it are free on every plan.
