Before you write your first proposal

Do I need an account?

Not to try it. Writing, uploading and editing work on this page with no account. To use the AI first draft, save or send, create an account and your draft comes with you. In Proposal Studio, only an AI first draft uses credits.

Whose name is on the proposal?

Yours. Your company name and contact line head the page, your own closing line ends it, and your photos and PDFs go with it.

What does the AI first draft write?

It drafts your cover note from the scope. You read it and edit it before you send. Each finished draft uses 25 credits; one that fails is free.

How do credits work?

Credits pay for the AI first draft only. A free account gets 200 credits a month. Free credits refill each month. When they run out, the AI draft waits for the refill, and writing and sending your own carry on. Vendor+ Pro includes 12 AI drafts a month and Vendor+ Gold drafts within a daily fair-use limit. Both are on the vendor pricing page.

Can I attach my insurance certificate?

Yes. Attach it as a PDF, with your price sheet or anything else, up to 5 PDFs and 6 photos on each proposal.

Which plan do I need?

Proposal Studio works on any VendoRFP vendor account, the free one included. Vendor+ Pro adds 12 AI drafts a month, Vendor+ Gold drafts within a daily fair-use limit, and the prices are on the vendor pricing page.
